Welcome to all first-time readers who received Fewer Better Things for Christmas! This semiweekly newsletter is about my experiences and learnings from designing a simpler and richer life with fewer material things and more meaningful experiences.

I aspire to inspire by sharing ideas, practices, and resources for how I made the shift from the never-ending rat race and craving for more to a very satisfactory, growth-oriented, and healthy lifestyle with just enough to do what I really love.

I began this newsletter almost five years ago to share my experiences of being a full-time digital nomad lecturing executives and graduate students in digital transformation across the world after having retired from a professional life in Silicon Valley building software applications that I’m sure you have all used.
