Lately I’ve been looking into the latest research around optimizing the day for wellbeing and performance. My idea to shift my daily schedule around daylight aligns well with what Dr Satchin Panda recommends in his excellent book “The Circadian Code”. There is now real science behind my personal experiential experiments.

He recommends, very simplified, based on his extensive scientific research, the following for a healthy sustainable lifestyle:
