Fewer Better Things is my personal experiential science lab to experiment with models for how to live a simple and rich life on my own terms in this world. One of my first discoveries, a long time ago, was that fewer things made my life better and that better things made my life richer.

I found a tremendous freedom in this insight and began to liberate my time, money, and attention from the uninterrupted tedium of traffic jams, credit card debt, office work, fast food, and weekend trips to the shopping mall.

“Taking care of oneself is a daily practice. It means tuning into the rhythm of our own bodies as well as those of the material world around us. It means being present in the moment to lay a more healthful foundation for the future.” – From Equator Books
